Urban outfitters frilly ruffle skirt

Love this little skirt I just don’t reach for it. Has a few loose strings, but it’s in really good condition. The loose strings are more on the bottom and could be snipped off real easily. Just an overall comfortable skirt with a sweet elastic waist line. Material is not stretchy, but the waistline makes it very flexible in terms of size. ❤️. Light and airy
