Urban outfitters floral skirt, size s-p

This skirt is new, but the price tag has been removed. The additional tiny black button is still attached. This floral skirt is not a skirt, but has a black underlay to protect from seeing through. There are some delicate tiny black buttons all the way up the skirt in the front, and it is pleated. Comes from a smoke free home top of the waistband to the bottom of the skirt is 15 inches.size is s-p. But not sure that means petite. My daughter is a small but she’s not a petite
