When laid flat, 16.5/17 inches from armpit to armpit... so probably ~33/34 inches all the way around... for reference im like a 32C/34B... also, as an FYI I’m 5’6, but Im not sure anyone much taller than me could wear these (its a fun short dress, but it might be too short on a super tall girl!) - let me know if you have more questions!
