Urban Outfitters plaid mini skirt

Urban Outfitters red plaid mini skirt size medium. Has black satin tie waist and side zipper. The garment label has been cut off as shown in the last photo. The material seems to be a cotton/spandex blend. The silver metal grommets where it ties at the waist is a little tarnished as shown in the next to last photo.
