Urban Outfitters linen vest cropped halter top with zipper

This is the cutest freaking halter top!! I wore this a couple times, no issues! It's a pale neon green color. true to size, You can fit this even if you have bigger boobs, I am between a 32 and 34-inch bra band size if that helps.
