Urban Outfitters detailed tank

It’s a large and does fit pretty big on me especially under the arms. Think it would work well on someone that is a true medium/ large. I’ve only worn it once (when I was a size M/8) but lost weight right after I bought it unfortunately. For reference, I am 5’9 125 lb and size small/4 on top/ bottom with 34C bra size.
