Hi! What are the waist & length measurements and is there any stretch in the material?

@forevertordai Hey doll, I just got home to get that for you. Unstretched, waist is about 13-14 inches. Stretched, up to 19 inches, lots of give because the waistband is elastic. Length is about 44 inches.
