This is a new open sweater cardigan from Urban Outfitters, in a women's size small. It's 100% cotton; hand wash and reshape to dry flat. Dry cleaning is okay, too. The color is a beautiful blue and white knit blend--marled. The chest measurement is 20.5 inches, as measured from pit to pit. The length is 28.5 inches, from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
