Very bright neon green mini dress from Urban Outfitters. It has two layers that can be separated. The bottom layer is like a slip and the top layer is an airy chiffon material. This dress is super unique and eye catching — would be perfect for any party, concert, night out clubbing, rave, or an addition to a Halloween costume (tinkerbell? fairy?)
