Urban Outfitters Soft Cardigan/Shrug Size XS

Soft and fuzzy cardigan shrug. The material is SUPER soft and cozy, even if it doesn't look like it. It's an XS but quite roomy so I imagine it could at least fit a S if not a M. Never worn it but no tags. I just couldn't find a cute outfit that looked good on me with this. I have seen other people wear it and look AH-mazing!
