_whiterabbit @lexilemons Hi! Yes it is, so sorry for just responding now, I must have missed that notification. Across the chest is 16” flat and top to bottom is about 31” flat. I am a bit hesitant to part with it so price is firm for now, but let me know if you have any other questions! :)

emilyr1302 Hi! When you measure the chest where did you measure it? I have this in a size small and it’s way too tight on my chest. It measures 15” between the top two buttons
