Is inner layer of skirt sheer? Can you provide measurements and fabric? I’m usually a small so would need to be firm fitting to work. Thank you.

@jalenesfinds inner layer is mesh so wear something under it. Waist 32” adjustable to shorter with a tie string. 42” Long.
