New with tag. Really nice quality feel, mid-weight knit dress with lots of stretch! Color is black with a yellow floral pattern. So many style options will work with this dress! Dress form mannequin is a Size XS with approximate measurements 32” Bust / 22” Waist / 33” Hip. The bust and waist areas of the dress were not “fitted” when worn on the XS mannequin.
