Urban Outfitters - Kimchi Blue top

I purchased this top at Urban Outfitters and only wore it 1-2 times. It looks great with jeans or tucked into a skirt. It is light yellow with small subtle polka dots throughout. Has a feminine retro style, puffed short sleeves with a button on the side, a hidden side zipper, and a pretty detail on the front.
