Urban Outfitters Kimchi Blue sz L Black Floral Strapless Jersey Dress

Lightweight jersey knit dress. Floral patterns. Strapless with elastic top and waistband. No dry rot. Purchased in 2009/2010. Has only been worn a few times. Can be dressed up or down! Can be worn in summer and fall- pair it with boots, cardigan/jacket and tights. Please see all pictures before purchasing. I do not see any pulls, tears, etc. It has a raw hemline intentionally.
