Urban Outfitters Graduate Sleeveless Dress

Cream colored sleeveless mini dress with red and black polka dots and floral print. Zippered side and gathered scrunch on back. Also there is a gathered part on the front to give it a ruffled look. Bought from another Posher and never wore because it was just too short for me (I am pretty tall). Excellent condition Length: 27” Armpit to armpit: 15”
