Urban Outfitters Flowy Boho Festival Shorts

These shorts are extremely short and look almost like a skirt. They have some intentional frayed hems at the top and pockets on the sides! They’re perfect for a festival or just lounging at home (wfh). I’ve only worn them once to a festival (see first pic).
