Hi there! What are the measurements in inches at the bust and the length when laid flat?

Hi! The bust is 16 in across, and the length from the top of shoulder to the lining hem is about 32 3/4 in, and the length to the overlay hem is 34 in. I added images to the listing with the tape measure for you to view as well!
