I am selling this Urban Outfitters strapless black dress. It has slits that go up on either side. It is tight around the bust and flowy below. It zips in the back. The brand is Do & Be from Urban Outfitters. It is a women's size small. It is in excellent condition. This dress is 100% polyester. Measurements - Pit to Pit (laying flat): 14" (unstretched) - 17" (stretched) Pit to Bottom of Dress: 23"
