Very cute skirt is giving a star constellation vibe. Elastic waist measures 13 inches and has plenty of stretch. The total length of the skirt is 15.5 inches. This skirt is in very good condition. There is one area that has a small pull but it isn’t visible to others unless they were to stare closely. I zoomed in on the one pic. It just looks like a line.
