Adorable blue wrap dress from Urban Outfitters. Very lightweight. Perfect for summer or vacation! Only worn once to a wedding. Same design as stock photo, just a different color.
Size XS but is fairly forgiving. Hits just above the ankle, but I am only 5 ft. 1.
There is some small fraying on part of the dress (as seen in pictures).

@htikkala Thank you for the great offer in the dress today!! I read the description again & reviewed the pics. Can you advise where the fraying is located on the dress? It appears to be exterior. I can’t tell if it is near a seam or under the wrap lol. If you could let me know when you get a chance, I’d appreciate it!💕Leigh
