laid flat waist 14 inches hips 17 inches length 29.5 inches London grunge brand Urban Code, Vintage Dove grey real leather pencil skirt with pockets, falls below the knee. Amazing piece, sadly doesn't fit me any more but see photos for actual fit on me when I was thinner. I was a small US 4 Condition of leather is good, soft supple no marks except for the hanger mark on waist band which isn't noticeable when wearing. The lining is a little frayed in one part but you don't see it when wearing. Priced accordingly
