The device pairs with a free companion app that provides personalized training plans, progress tracking, and daily posture stats. Is the UPRIGHT GO waterproof? The UPRIGHT GO is not waterproof and care should be taken not to let the USB-C port get wet. To ensure a secure fit, we recommend training with the GO in a cool, dry environment as the adhesives don’t attach well to sweaty skin and may fall off.
