Upcycled visibly mended vintage teal trousers men's 30/30; women's 29"?

Upcycled teal trousers. Visibly mended (see small white square). The metal zipper and metal details at the waist mean they are as old as the 1960s. Most likely they started life as part of a uniform; the tag reads: "Tailored for Werner-Hilton St. Louis." No idea on the fabric content, but I'd guess heavyweight polyester (no wool). Missing back pocket button, but that's no biggie. No size tag, but when flat they measure 16 inches at the waist, the rise is 12 inches, and the inseam is 30 inches. I'm a 5'2" woman, and I can wear them.
