Upcycled scarf top tunic S-M dots & stripes artsy festival flowy fairy

These one of a kind scarf tops are for the woman who likes to be unique!. The scarves are hand sewn onto the top in free form design. Most of the scarves are vintage, some silk, some polyester. As with any upcycled garment I suggest spot clean or hand wash. This top is a gently used Notations top that is a black with small white polka dot knit. Measurements: shoulder-15", bust-40", bottom (of top)-45", length-34" to 40" my dress form is a sz 8. Tag says PL, but it is now a S-M
