Upcycled Valabasas black denim tapestry plaid patched utility boho maxi skirt

Waist measures 13”, easily stretches an inch. Hip area measures 16.5”-17”. Length is 38”. Fits like an xs-small. The front of the skirt is made with a button up plaid shirt, you can leave it unbuttoned for a front slit, or button it closed. Jeans were factory distressed.
