Upcycled "Sham" Shirt S Cropped Top Floral Ruffle Don't Throw It Out

I made this from a gently used pillow case/sham. Cotton/poly with a pretty floral. Open sides with sewn shut bows. (You won't need to tie them). By "Don't Throw It Out", my own brand.
