Upcycled Kantha & Sheer Ruffle Cropped Top S Handmade Dont Throw It Out

I make one of a kind garments from Kantha cloth. Beautiful quilted cotton fabric from India....no 2 alike! I used a vintage sheer floral curtain for the ruffle on this one. Sz S measurements: shoulder-22", bust-36", above ruffle-38", shoulder to hem-11.5" & 18". Versitile...wear with anything. Kantha fabric is primitive so there may be small dye flaws. Kantha means "scraps" in sanskrit. They hand sew crude patches to holes or rips. This all adds tribal charm! I blanket stitched all inner seams, so you can wear it reversed. (Last photo). All Kantha has a slight musty smell because its from a hot country (India). Remove with some vinegar & water, let soak for a while then air dry. By " Don't Throw It Out", my own brand.
