University of Arkansas license plate / booster plate

Calling the Hogs! University of Arkansas license plates / booster plates. A bit more discoloration on these than most of my inventory, spa you benefit from a lower price. All my booster plate inventory is from 1992-1994 so I presume these are the same. No scratches or cracks. Let me know which one you want in a message.
