Chic olive utility jacket with adjustable waist. Elastic across the back of waist. Features front top velcro pockets and open side pockets. Closure is snap button and zipper. Fully lined. Length: 32" Ptp: 22.5" lying flat Waist: (lying flat21") (Stretches to 22.5") Hip: 24" lying flat 100% Algodon (cotton) shell 100% polyester lining NOTE: There was a small rip on the inside liner of right side bottom pocket. I mended it and took a photo of the mend.
