slowery2007 @cottagemommie Hi there! When laying flat it is roughly 47in long and 19in waist. The waist does stretch, so I measured while expanding it as much as I could while laying flat. And I'm not sure on the fabric, there isn't a tag that shows what it is. I bought it and only wore once, so it's pretty much new. Hope that helps😊
