Universal Standard summer weight wool slacks

Universal Standard summer weight, navy wool blend slacks. Light and airy. No stretch! Two front pockets, the legs end in stretchy cuffs to creat a billow effect on the legs, almost like joggers but with slacks material. I believe the back pockets are a lie, but have not tried to open the seems. Great condition, very gorgeous and classy on. It says size 8 but fits more like a 6. 31in waist and no stretch! 12in rise. 28.5in inseam.
