marsettemangum @nkung78 Good afternoon, I have double checked the shoes there is no damage to.them at all. that was a piece of the packaging that got caught there. I have included additional pictures so you can see for yourself. the boots are slim on with an adjustable velcro strap in the front. heel hight is 4 in but the platform inside makes them extremely comfortable and easy to walk in. marsettemangum @nkung78 gotcha!! I have sold the summer Eros as well several pairs. the h shoe is VERY comfortable. it has the built in platform that gives it height and stability. you will not be disappointed!!
