Unique western embroidered pearl snap top

JC Penny's western apparel 14 1/2-32 or small tan sea horse embroidered I love this! Wish it fit me! With turquoise and bronze stitching longer color and western cut it's a attention getter. It does have a few stains I haven't tryed to get out,one on pocket looks like ink so possible and ones on sleeve I'm not sure pink paint maybe and idk see last pics
