These are from the 90’s club scene in NYC. I got them in Saint Marks Place. They are a size 8. The soles and shoes are in great shape, only worn out on NYE 1999 and box kept since. I believe they were called Japanese Water Shoes as well. Sorry I can’t send pics to emails. Thanks for looking!
