Unique vintage USAF (toy? Leather?) drawstring bag.

This seems like leather, brownish maroonish, soft single-stitched, with a green string and brass rivets. Seems like it’s WWII era, possibly civilian Air Force merch. Can hold a couple canned beverages, riding gloves, jewels, goggles, golf balls, and probably a bunch of other neat items. Measurements in photos! Thanks!
