Unique lightweight cardigan with frill tassel detail from Indonesian market

This is a one-of-a-kind piece purchased during travels to Indonesia. The top is a black and beige cardigan that goes with everything, with a black tassel detailed fringe. “One size fits all” though I say this is mostly for XS to XL depending on styling.
