Unique design blouse

NWOT... given as a present, but isn’t really my style. Not sure of the fabric, but it feels silky and soft. My guess is rayon and some thing else. The size is an extra large and there are no other tags. There are also three very light, hardly noticeable spots. They were there when I received it. It also has lace in the sleeves and the bottom of it.
