Unique, colorful rayon scarf

This beautiful, very colorful scarf came from the National Geographic store and in excellent condition. Worn once. It measures 8.5” wide where it has some stretch has the next 15” or so flounces out at the bottom with no stretch. Kind of hard to describe!
