Unique blouse

Unfortunately this had the tag removed for comfort. It’s silky maybe a nylon or rayon material in most likely a 3XL. In EUC and as always lovingly worn. I wore it on the large side with leggings since it came down mid thigh. It’s a high low cut with an accordion like effect and ruffles down both sides on front. The sleeves actually have a bit of a flutter to them. Color is black and white and has random flecks of orange running through it. See pictures for color.
