Really unique Vivienne Westwood sweatpants with drop crotch and structured leg shape. Leg has a cool diamond shaped hem detail in the back. The tag says they are “Ela trousers” but I can’t find anything else out about them (I got these from a vintage store in Japan). Excellent vintage condition. Men’s size S. Would fit M/L woman
