Unique Vintage Turtleneck Scarf Blouse Shirt

Soft vintage blouse, black and white spotted print that has floating polka dots (if you look closely). It’s beautiful and elegant for high waisted bottoms. Looks good as a pop with blazers, too. Size 4/Small. The neck is tight/not stretchy, and you can wear with the back neck buttons undone. This special piece is in excellent condition, straight from my mama’s closet.
