Unique Vintage Silver Dog Pin, covered in rhinestones with a jeweled red eye

This unique vintage pin is probably pewter, not sure how old it is. There are rhinestones all over the dog, so maybe it’s a Dalmatian and the spots are sparkles? Near the dog’s hips, there appear to be two deep blue or black colored gems. The dog’s eye is a ruby colored gem. It looks like it could be a hunting dog. Pretty sure this pin was made by hand. Maybe the dog is possessed? Less than 1” square
