Unique Vintage Majolica Sculpted Vegetable Ceramic Rabbit Tureen & Spoon This is a very unusual and Unique Vintage Majolica Sculpted Vegetable Ceramic Rabbit Tureen with a matching lid & Spoon. The tureen is intricately sculpted incorporating various vegetables cleverly and meticulously assembled together to form a rabbit. The lid and spoon are also sculpted in matching vegetable form. The stye is reminiscent of Italian Renaissance artist Giuseppe Arcimboldo where he would create portraits of royals and commoners out of found objects, fruits and vegetables. The piece is unmarked and measures approximately 11" long by 8" wide by 7.5" high and is in excellent condition with no visible anomalies and very minor wear on the underside. This tureen is a sculptural work of art and would add such a conversation starter and eclectic dynamic into any environment.
