Unique Vintage Girls heavy navy & red hand knitted sweater/coat. Sz 3/4?

Vintage hand knitted girls sweater/coat has silver buttons and buttons up front and both pockets have the same button accents. There is an anchor patch on left top. Since it is hand knitted, there is no size label but I am giving approximate measurements so you can decide if it’s the right fit for your daughter. This is a very, very heavy sweater/coat. Approximate distance from top of shoulder to bottom is 16”. The sleeves can be worn with cuffs or down for longer length. Approximate distance from where sleeve attaches to shoulder to bottom uncuffed is 15”. Approximate distance with sleeves cuffed is 14”. Approximate distance from underneath arms across the front is 14”. There is a slit at the bottom of back and also has an attached belt. *see pictures for additional description. There is a coordinating hat with a red ball on top but unfortunately the button is missing but any silver or even a navy or red button would work. Excellent used condition but note hat is missing button. This is a treasure. Smoke free home. *stored in Sz 3 tub because no room in Sz 4.
