Unique Vintage English Threading Vase

This art deco vase is very rare and unusual. I guarantee you will have a hard time finding one like it. The closest thing I’ve found were egg cups that are Indiana Glass from the 1940s. I’m going to take a guess that this is Indiana glass as well. The top part of the vase is 6”H and has an English Threading design The vase sits on top of a solid glass ball with vertical lines and measures 2.75”. The mouth of the vase is 5”W. No chips or cracks but does have a couple of bubbles inside glass.
