Unique Sterling Silver Maltese Cross pendant with 5 garnet colored stones

Unique Sterling Silver Maltese Cross with 5 garnet colored stones Cross is marked with 925 on the back of the clasp. I am unsure if the stones are real but they really appear like they are real garnets. There is filagree on each end of the cross with a red stone (garnet) in the center as well as one in the very center of the cross. Pictured next to a quarter for size comparison.
