Unique Sheer Overtop- $15 or $12 w/offer

This unique overtop is so pretty. It has ties on the top of each shoulder and has ties at the collar. The ties have pony beads at the ends. The hem flare out with elastic that is worn at the waist. This makes the top part roomy. It is sheer so a shirt needs to be worn underneath. There is no tags but the fabric is polyester I think and it machine washes great on gentle cycle in a netted bag and then hang dried. This overtop is about a 2x as that is my size and it fits me fine. But exact measurements to be posted soon.
