From the original makers of the popular hen/chicken purse, it's a koi fish purse made of flexible rubber. The base, lining, and straps are nylon. It's pretty floppy when empty -- and yes, it does smell rubbery. It measures about 12 inches from tip to tail, with a 6-inch zipper opening. The straps are about 18 inches long for a drop of about 7" -- so it's a handbag/tote, not a shoulder bag. New, unused, perfect for any excursion to the aquarium or for going out for seafood.
