Unique Round Vase Vessel Decanter

Unique Round Vase Vessel Decanter. Has design on both sides with a patina finish with brass, gold and greens. I believe it is ceramic but has metal sound when tapped. It will stand on the rounded side or turn upside down and stand on the small opening. Says ‘Masterpiece 1991’ on bottom. Very unique. I can see a few runs on one side- see pictures. 12” diameter with 2” top with 1.5” opening. SR G & Clear 33
